MISSION STATEMENT

To transform the modern workplace through strategic design innovation and operational excellence. I bridge the gap between creative vision and business growth, leveraging AI-driven processes and human-centric workplace strategies to deliver high-performance environments that drive billable growth and employee well-being.

Design is more than aesthetic; it is an operational engine. In my most recent role as Vice President of Cheatcode, I led at the intersection of high-growth strategy and human-centric design. Having joined as the company’s first employee, I have spent the last decade transforming creative concepts into repeatable, scalable systems that define how modern workplaces are delivered and experienced.

Strategic Workplace Leader | Design Innovation | Business Growth

Welcome to my portfolio. I am Nitika Oberoi, a results-driven leader specialized in the full lifecycle of workplace design. From initial RFP response to final site delivery. Throughout my career, I have thrived at the intersection of commercial interior standards and strategic business scaling.

Most recently, as Vice President at Cheatcode, I orchestrated operational strategies that propelled the company to a million-dollar valuation within its first five months. Whether I am revolutionizing internal workflows with AI-driven tools or spearheading multi-million dollar revenue growth in new markets, my focus remains the same: maximizing productivity while maintaining the highest design standards.

Explore my work to see how I combine technical expertise in CET and AutoCAD with a deep understanding of activity-based workplace strategy to create spaces that work as hard as the people in them.
